Green Essentials Food-Loc are a resealable, reusable silicone food storage bag. They’re able to withstand heats from -20°C up to 230°C so they’re suitable to use for freezing food as well as reheating or cooking in the oven or a sous vide machine (just don’t place them on direct heat surfaces).

The bags lay flat like a traditional zip lock bag and a small gusset, which is large enough to allow for the depth of a sandwich. The seal pinches closed with the fingers and is leak resistant. If storing liquids, please be mindful that with enough pressure on the sides of the bag, it is possible to pop them open.

If using to reheat or cook food, please be mindful that foods like tomatoes / turmeric etc will stain the bags as they do with plastic containers.

The bags are made from 100% food grade silicone and nothing else, making them plastic free, bpa free and phthalate free. They’re safe to use in the fridge, freezer, microwave and oven.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS – avoid sharp objects. Hand wash and air dry open. Ensure they are completely dry before storing away.
