Konjac sponges are a 100% natural, compostable and biodegradable product. Made from the root vegetable konjac, that grows in Asia, when they arrive, they’re hard. Wet them and in a few moments they are soft and squishy and ready to cleanse your face with our without product. They are naturally pH balanced which makes them perfect for breaking down oil and dirt in your pores, making it easy to rinse them away.

The sponges have a gentle exfoliaton effect and are great ot use at home every day, or just when you’re using a mask twice a week. They’re also perfect to take travelling without any product if your limited to what you can carry. They really shine when removing makeup and sunscreen and every day grime. Give them a really good wash when using them for heavy burden cleaning. Alternatively you can use our washable bamboo cotton makeup remover pads.

Your konjac sponge will last several weeks with daily use, getting hard as it dries out. Simply rehydrate. When it starts to fall apart, it’s time to compost and replace your sponge.

How To Use – Saturate sponge in warm water until completely soft, then squeeze out excess water. Use light circular motions all over your face and utilise the sponge edges to thoroughly clean harder to reach areas such as around the nose. Rinse after use, squeeze and hang to dry in a well ventilated area.
