Eucalyptus oil is steam distilled from the leaves of the eucalyptus tree. It has purifying properties that can be beneficial for the skin and cleaning surfaces and the air. Studies have shown is can help in lessening tension and it is commonly used to assist in clear breathing. Combine it with Lemon & Peppermint oils in a spray to wipe down surfaces in your kitchen and bathroom. It can also be used in a steam bath or a couple of drops on a sponge in your shower to assist in clear breathing. You can also add a couple of drops to your laundry liquid to help remove odours in your clothing.

Topical Use – Dilute in coconut oil or a carrier oil, rubbing on the chest or feet to promote clear breathing.

Cleaning – Add to laundry liquid to freshen laundry. Add to water in a spray bottle for a bench cleaner. Combine with Lemon & Peppermint for added benefit.
