On Guard is an essential oil blend with provides natural protection against germs. It is a combination of orange, clove, cinnamon, eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils.

The most common uses for this oil is to diffuse in a vaporiser to help purify the air and provide respiratory support, use in cleaning products to clean benches, add to dishcloths and sponges to purify and elimiate odours, used in hand sanitisers and dilute with coconut oil for any topical application.

Volume – 15ml
Ingredients – Wild Orange Peel, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Leaf/Stem, and Rosemary Leaf/Flower essential oils.
Therapeutic Use – Immune system support
Aromatic Use – Diffuse or inhale to help breathing when you’re suffering from respiratory issues. Diffuse periodically 20-25 minutes at a time, not all day.
Topical Use – Dilute in coconut oil and massage on to throat, stomach, intestines or bottoms of feet (1 drop to 15 drops of coconut oil). Apply (diluted) to bee or insect stings.
Internal Use –  
Cleaning – 
Add to spray bottle for bench cleaning & sterilising.
Add to dishwashing sponge to purify and eliminate odours.
Use on stainless steel to get rid of caked-on grime.
Place on damp cloth and wipe down gym equipment.
Use to clean showers (helps prevent mould)
Safety Information – Potential skin sensitivity, patch test and dilute. Avoid sunlight and UV rays for up to 12 hours after topical application. If pregnant, nursing or under doctors care, seek advice.
